Assistant Swimming and Diving Coach

The primary duties involve coaching and teaching (75% effort), which includes assisting with instruction, planning practices, providing video analysis, and evaluating athlete performance. Administrative duties (25% effort) cover recruiting oversight, academic support monitoring, and coordinating team travel and alumni events.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree along with two years of coaching experience or equivalent experience, demonstrating knowledge of intercollegiate swimming and diving operations and the ability to coach high-Level athletes.
