The employment specialist will connect and guide clients to appropriate services based on an in-Depth understanding of jobtrain's offerings, working one-On-One to assess needs and develop individualized employment service plans. This role also involves managing a caseload of job-Seeking clients, building employer relationships, and representing jobtrain at various outreach and community events.

Requirements summary

Candidates should possess experience in workforce development, caseload management, or account management, preferably with direct experience serving specialized populations facing employment barriers. Qualification requires either 1 year of customer service experience (Es i) or 1 year of direct workforce development experience (Es ii), along with comprehensive knowledge of the half moon bay area being strongly preferred.
