ABA Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will work directly with children and young teens with autism to implement individualized treatment plans designed by a bcba, utilizing positive reinforcement and play-Based teaching methods. Essential duties also include accurately collecting progress data, collaborating with the team, and completing necessary administrative tasks like session notes.

Candidates must love working with children and possess qualities such as kindness, patience, adaptability, responsibility, and dependability, while being open to professional growth. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, the ability to pass background checks and a tb test, and reliable transportation, with availability during weekday business hours plus one saturday per month.
