Core responsibilities
The coach will develop and implement individualized academic success plans, provide one-On-One and group coaching on study skills, and coordinate nclex preparation workshops and simulation activities. This role also involves analyzing performance data, collaborating with faculty on curriculum alignment, and leading initiatives to improve first-Time nclex pass rates.
Requirements summary
A bachelor’s degree in nursing (Bsn) and a current, unencumbered rn license in florida are required, with an msn or doctorate preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong emphasis on clinical judgment and critical thinking across major nclex client needs categories, along with a minimum of three years of experience in nursing education or academic support.
