Core responsibilities
The coach will develop and implement individualized academic success plans, provide one-On-One and group coaching focused on study skills, and coordinate nclex preparation workshops and simulation activities. This role also involves analyzing performance data, collaborating with faculty on curriculum alignment, and leading initiatives to improve first-Time nclex pass rates.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing (Bsn) and a current, unencumbered rn license in florida, with a preference for an msn or doctorate. A minimum of three years of experience in nursing education, academic support, or student services is required, emphasizing clinical judgment and nclex client needs categories.
