The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism. They are responsible for providing clinical oversight to RBTs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure treatment consistency.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field and possess an active BCBA certification. Strong leadership skills and active state licensure where applicable are also required.
