Mastery Teaching Residency - Camden, NJ - SY 2026-27

As a resident teacher, you will provide small and whole group instruction to students for academic support and collaborate with lead teachers to implement curriculum and analyze student assessment data. You will also attend practice sessions and complete nj teacher certification requirements.

A bachelor’s degree is required with a minimum undergraduate gpa of 3.0, and a commitment to working with underserved communities is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a strong sense of professional responsibility and a genuine interest in students' success.
