The certified occupational therapy assistant works under the supervision of an occupational therapist to provide therapy services according to individualized education programs (Ieps). Responsibilities include collecting data on therapy progress, modifying therapy plans, and communicating with school staff.

Candidates must have an associate’s degree from an accredited cota program and hold current licensure as a certified occupational therapist assistant in georgia. Two years of clinical or school-Based pediatric experience is preferred.
