Clinical Trainer

The clinical trainer will oversee and implement clinical training initiatives, building team expertise in patient care through various educational offerings. This role also supports hr functions by managing standard clinical and ehr processes, competency assessments, and activities related to clinical staff recruitment and onboarding.

Candidates must possess a medical assistant or higher clinical degree and have three or more years of training experience specifically within a healthcare setting. Knowledge of electronic medical records and experience working with various clinical staff types are strongly preferred.
