Valley Day Camp Youth Leader -Valley

The youth leader supports the site director by engaging with youth in a nurturing childcare setting, delivering engaging curriculum for before/After school programs and day camps, and modeling relationship building with youth and parents. Essential functions include supervising children, providing opportunities for youth leadership, maintaining a clean and safe site, and adhering to all safety and child abuse prevention policies.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and complete necessary registrations, background clearances, and annual training hours upon job offer. Preferred qualifications include previous experience working with children, the ability to develop authentic relationships across different backgrounds, and a commitment to inclusion and ada compliance, with proof of mmr vaccination required.
