Job Description

An Infant Teacher at The Learning Experience is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where infants can learn, grow, and reach important developmental milestones. Infant Teachers support the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children while fostering strong relationships with families and fellow educators.

Teachers implement age-appropriate activities and utilize the center’s L.E.A.P.® Curriculum to encourage early exploration, sensory development, and foundational learning through play. Daily responsibilities include supporting infants’ individual routines such as feeding, diapering, comforting, and nap schedules while maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment.

Infant Teachers observe and document developmental milestones, communicate regularly with families about their child’s progress, and collaborate with the center team to ensure a positive and enriching classroom experience. They play a key role in helping infants build trust, security, and a lifelong love of learning.
