Infant Teacher

The lead teacher will manage an infant classroom, prioritizing safety, comfort, and individualized care while supporting early development through structured activities and routines. This role requires consistent communication with families and adherence to the l.e.a.p. Curriculum to guide intentional learning experiences.

Candidates must possess the massachusetts eec infant teacher certification and ideally have at least six months of experience working with infants, with one year preferred. An associate degree or higher in early childhood education is preferred, along with knowledge of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices.
