Early Childhood Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will oversee daily classroom operations, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment while leading and supporting assistant teachers through coaching. They are responsible for delivering engaging lessons using the established curriculum and adapting activities to meet individual developmental needs.

Candidates must possess massachusetts eec certification and ideally have a minimum of six months of classroom teaching experience, with one year preferred. An associate degree or higher in early childhood education is preferred, along with a strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices.
