Y-Play Center Attendant (PT) - Bartlett YMCA

The center attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-Being of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years in the child-Watch program while implementing developmentally appropriate activities consistent with ymca values. Key duties include maintaining site cleanliness, completing required records, and cultivating positive relationships with parents, children, and team members.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, with previous experience working with children preferred. Required certifications, including cpr, first aid, aed, new hire orientation, and child abuse prevention training, must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
