Lead Teacher (FT) - Austin ELC

The lead teacher is responsible for leading an early learning classroom, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and supporting the development of young children. This includes coaching assistant teachers, maintaining communication with parents, and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of 12 college units in early childhood development or education, along with two or more years of experience as an early learning educator. Additional certifications and compliance with state regulations are also required.
