Intervention Specialist - Reading

Position Overview We are seeking an ELA teacher (Grades 8–12) to support students in a specialized alternative education setting designed to help youth overcome academic and behavioral challenges and successfully reengage in learning. The ideal candidate is patient, adaptable, and committed to working with students who benefit from structured support and individualized instruction.

Position Details

Two positions available Location: Nashville Schedule: 20 hours weekly (Mornings 8-12pm M-F) Pay: $30/hour Student population: Grades 8–12 (ELA) Bilingual candidates preferred How you’ll be there for students: Be their advocate, difference maker, and mentor.
