RN Education Coordinator

This role serves as the primary educator for new staff, coordinating with preceptors and mentoring new employees and graduate nurses through various support programs. The coordinator also conducts educational needs assessments, develops programs, and promotes partner growth through clinical ladder advancement and national certification attainment.

A minimum requirement is an adn or bsn from an accredited program, with an msn preferred, alongside two or more years of rn experience (Or one year in specialty area). Candidates must possess an active rn license in the state of practice and obtain bls certification within 90 days.
