Assistant Professor, Counseling

The successful candidate will teach graduate counseling courses, engage in scholarly research, and participate in service activities consistent with tenure-Track expectations. Primary duties include providing supervision to practicum and internship students and mentoring graduate students on clinical readiness and professional identity.

Applicants must possess a doctorate in counselor education and supervision from a non-Profit institution by the start date, with a preference for a cacrep-Accredited program. Licensure or license-Eligibility as an lcpc in illinois or a reciprocal state is required, with actual licensure contingent upon earning it within 90 days of hire.
