Core responsibilities
The nurse aide evaluator is responsible for administering the certified nursing aide (Cna) exam, which includes proctoring computerized knowledge-Based tests and objectively observing and scoring candidates' clinical skills demonstrations. This role also involves managing test event delivery, ensuring security, maintaining site setup, and resolving candidate issues according to prometric policies.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be registered nurses with an active and unrestricted license in the state of operation, preferably holding a ba/Bs degree. Required experience includes one year in long-Term care or caring for the chronically ill, along with intermediate to advanced technical computer skills and reliable personal transportation for travel.
