Nurse Aide Evaluator

The primary role involves evaluating candidate skills by proctoring computerized knowledge exams and objectively observing and scoring clinical skills demonstrations for certified nursing aide certification candidates. This includes managing the testing environment, ensuring adherence to policies, and delivering a high-Quality test experience.

Candidates must be registered nurses with active, unrestricted licenses in the state of operation, possessing at least one year of experience in long-Term care or caring for the chronically ill. Required qualifications also include intermediate to advanced technical skills, strong communication abilities, a valid driver's license, and reliable personal computer equipment for administrative tasks.
