3rd-8th Grade School Counselor

The counselor designs and implements social-Emotional programming for 3rd through 8th graders through lessons and short-Term individual or group counseling sessions. This role involves partnering with faculty and families to support student well-Being, providing crisis intervention, and conducting training for staff and parents.

Candidates must possess a graduate degree in a related field, such as school counseling, psychology, or social work, along with a minimum of three years of experience counseling elementary and/Or middle school students. Essential qualifications include a strong understanding of social-Emotional learning, experience collaborating on intervention plans, and demonstrated cultural competency.
