Athletics Grad Assistant (Labor) - Women's Rowing

The graduate assistant will support the coaching, operations, and daily management of the women’s rowing program, working closely with the head coach to assist with training, team culture, recruiting operations, and competition logistics. Key duties include assisting with coaching, practice preparation, race-Day operations, team travel, and providing organizational support.

Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree and be admitted into a master's program at uco, along with holding a valid driver's license. Required experience includes collegiate, club, or equivalent rowing experience or relevant coaching experience, coupled with strong communication and reliability.
