Pilates Reformer Instructor

The instructor is responsible for preparing, planning, and delivering high-Quality private, semi-Private, and group reformer pilates classes while ensuring safe equipment use and effective class structure. Essential duties include instructing classes, educating guests, collaborating on new offerings, and maintaining accurate records under the supervision of the fitness and wellness coordinator.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, pass a background check, and possess cpr/Aed and first aid certification within 60 days of hire. A current pilates certification (Minimum 200 hours) from an accredited organization is required, with 500 hours preferred, along with a minimum of one year of teaching experience in mat and reformer pilates.
