• You’ll Do: As a Swim Instructor at Aqua-Tots, you’ll teach and coach swim lessons in our indoor, 90-degree pool, working with up to 4 children per 30-minute class. You’ll be part of a mission to help kids (ages 4 months to 12 years) build life-saving swim skills, confidence, and joy in the water. We provide all the training you need—including CPR and First Aid certification.

Schedule Requirements Minimum of 3 shifts per week

• At least 2 weekday afternoon/evening shifts (3:30–8:30 PM) AND 1 weekend shift –
• Saturday
• AM shift (8:30 AM–1:30

• Mid shift (1:00 PM–4:30

• Responsibilities: Arrive on time and in uniform Uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Values Teach lessons using our proven curriculum Engage with parents and answer questions about progression and curriculum Set up, clean, and maintain teaching and pool areas Maintain a clean, safe, and fun learning environment Record student progress using our Aqua Cards Monitor and log pool chemical levels Follow all health and safety protocols, including pool contamination guidelines Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is the leader in swim instruction for children ages 4 months to 12 years, with locations in communities across the globe.
