Paraprofessional/ Teacher's Assistant

The role involves providing one-On-One academic and community-Based support services, including transporting students to job sites using a company car. Duties also include following lesson plans, analyzing job requirements, sequencing tasks, observing, recording data, and providing training at student job sites.

Candidates must possess either an associate's or bachelor's degree, along with 1-2 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors. A clear background check, a valid ct driver's license with a required 'v' endorsement, and three letters of recommendation are mandatory.
