Individualized Support Provider - Norwich

The individual support provider provides direct instruction and guidance to individuals with developmental challenges, supervising them at job sites and community activities. They are responsible for reporting on the accomplishment of goals and objectives and ensuring the safety and well-Being of the individuals they support.

Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and a clear background check. A valid ct driver's license, personal vehicle, and car insurance are also required.
