Child Care Aide-Intermittent Temporary Work Schedule (World Of Care)

The child care aide functions as a team member under the direction of the child care teacher, providing comprehensive care for enrolled children, including assisting with developmentally appropriate activities and classroom strategies. Responsibilities also include preparing for and assisting with daily care tasks such as hygiene, sleeping, mealtimes, and playing, alongside maintaining the environment and equipment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and are preferred to have prior experience working with children. Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, kneel, and lift/Carry children up to 35 lbs, while adhering to required annual clock hours for credential maintenance.
