Assistant Teachers are responsible for ensuring the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards, while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. They must also develop skills in accurately observing, assessing, and planning for children, and effectively communicating with families.
Candidates must be energetic and dependable individuals passionate about working with children, capable of meeting state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience. This role requires the physical ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
