Direct Support Professional I - HBTS

Workers provide specialized intensive direct support services for children with disabilities at home, developing social skills, communication, and positive behavior in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families. Responsibilities include providing direct behavioral therapy and supporting the child and family through person-Centered service delivery, including teaching self-Help and safety skills.

Applicants must be at least 19 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience working with children or adults in healthcare, education, or recreation settings. Alternatively, an associate's or bachelor's degree in an appropriate field can substitute for the experience requirement, and a valid driver's license is mandatory.
