Student Success Coach

The coach provides guidance to students on educational planning, university policies, and available resources, while proactively engaging them to set goals and improve success. Responsibilities also include serving as a liaison for campus resources, facilitating referrals, and supporting instructional needs for first-Year experience courses.

Candidates must possess knowledge of retention and student transition strategies, along with proficiency in microsoft office suite and strong communication/Listening skills. Required experience is either a master's degree with one year of experience, or a bachelor's degree with two years of experience, or four to five years of professional experience in higher education, specifically in advising or student affairs roles.
