Student Success Coach

The coach assists undergraduate students with informed academic decisions, including course selection and degree mapping, while also proactively guiding them on their personal and professional goals. Responsibilities include providing timely advice, establishing rapport, facilitating referrals, and monitoring student progress data to intervene when necessary.

Candidates must possess knowledge of student retention strategies and the ability to multitask in a fast-Paced environment, requiring excellent communication and collaboration skills. A master's degree with at least one year of experience, or a bachelor's degree with at least two years of experience, is required, specifically 3-5 years in advising, student success, or related student affairs roles.
