Student Success Coach

The role focuses on assisting undergraduate students with academic decision-Making, including course selection and degree planning, while also proactively guiding them toward their personal and professional goals. The coach serves as the primary point of contact for student growth, connecting them with necessary campus resources and faculty mentors.

Candidates must possess a master's degree with at least one year of experience, or a bachelor's degree with at least two years of experience, or four to five years of professional experience in higher education, specifically in advising, student success, or related student affairs roles. Essential abilities include strong communication, empathy, collaboration, the capacity to multitask in a fast-Paced environment, and knowledge of student retention strategies.
