Teachers Aide

The aide will actively work with teachers and staff to support children and families using a strengths-Based, culturally relevant approach, serving as a role model. Responsibilities also include supporting activity planning and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment through light housekeeping and meal prep assistance.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a minimum of six months of experience working with diverse toddlers and young children. Candidates must obtain the child development associate (Cda) credential after hire, for which the employer provides full financial support.
