Therapeutic Mentor

Therapeutic mentors provide structured, one-To-One, strength-Based support services to youth addressing daily living, social-Emotional, and communication needs, often engaging them in community activities based on treatment plans. Responsibilities also include case management, developing individualized service plans with clinicians, and timely completion of all required progress notes and billing documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged along with a minimum of two years' experience working with children/Adolescents/Transition-Aged youth, or an associate's/Bachelor's degree in a human services field with one year of relevant experience. Essential requirements include being 21 or older, having a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and demonstrating cultural competency.
