Nurse Professional Development (NPD) Coordinator - Emergency Department (ED) - St. Francis Eastside

This role is responsible for implementing and evaluating educational plans and programs derived from annual needs assessments, focusing on establishing collaborative relationships to meet educational needs and achieve strategic outcomes. The coordinator supports system nursing education, professional development, evidence-Based practice, and research efforts, including orientation, residency, and preceptor programs.

Candidates must possess a current registered nurse (Rn) license and a bachelor's degree in nursing is required, with a master's degree preferred. A minimum of three years of clinical experience in the related specialty is necessary, along with an additional two years demonstrating progressive leadership or professional development achievement.
