Lower School Teacher

The teacher will design and implement engaging, innovative learning experiences aligned with the school's educational philosophy and mission, utilizing formative assessment to shape learning and provide feedback. They must actively foster positive relationships with students, manage the classroom effectively, and promote curiosity through differentiated instruction and real-World connections.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of education degree, though a master's is preferred, along with relevant teaching experience. Essential qualities include intellectual curiosity, a growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with young children and their families.
