🛑 The Reality Check
- Is this job right for you?
- Let’s be honest: This job is incredibly rewarding, but it is not about coaching competitive, tactical soccer. You will be a role model and educator for children ages 2 to 8.
You will
Act silly, sing songs, pretend to be a sleeping bear, give out high-fives, and manage the occasional toddler meltdown with patience and a smile.
You won't
Be running complex drills, blowing whistles at teenagers, or worrying about a scoreboard.
If you have a high-energy personality and love making little kids smile, you are exactly who we are looking for! No advanced soccer experience is required—we teach you everything you need to know.
What You’ll Do
Travel to local daycares, preschools, and parks to lead groups of 5-12 children.
Run pre-planned, 30-35 minute curriculum-based sessions (we provide all the lesson plans and equipment!).
Create a safe, engaging, and ridiculously fun environment for the kids.
Communicate professionally and warmly with parents and childcare center staff.
What We Offer
Great Pay
$18+ per 30-35 minute session coached.
Ultimate Flexibility
Part-time coaches typically run 5-25 sessions per week. You give us your availability, and we schedule classes that fit your life.
Everything is Provided
Paid training, free uniforms, and all the equipment you need.
Growth & Perks
Opportunities for performance-based pay increases, advancement, employee referral bonuses, and company social outings.
What You Need (Qualifications)
Experience
Previous experience working with children ages 2-8 (parenting, babysitting, teaching, camp counseling, etc.) a plus!
Reliability
You must have a driver's license and your own reliable transportation. You will be driving your equipment to various locations.
Commitment
Children thrive on consistency. We ask that our coaches commit to at least two seasons (approx. 9-week seasons) after training.
Clearances
Must successfully pass all required background checks.
