The Swim Instructor reports to the Aquatics Manager and/or Business Owner(s) and is responsible for instructing swimming lessons following the British Swim School program standards while maintaining necessary certifications. Responsibilities include working a flexible schedule that may involve evenings, weekends, and holidays, and being physically present in the water during shifts in a potentially noisy environment.
