ABA Therapist

Student responsibilities include actively participating in professional development, managing behavior according to aba guidelines, constant interaction with the assigned student, and accurately taking data on targeted behaviors. School responsibilities involve setting ambitious goals, delivering community-Based instruction, running net/Dtt/Academic programs accurately, and accepting feedback from leadership.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree (Preferred in psychology) and demonstrate a commitment to the school's mission, along with a passion for helping individuals with learning differences and familiarity with applied behavior analysis. Essential personal attributes include flexibility, patience, empathy, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively and act as a positive role model.
