Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The behavior analyst (Ba) is responsible for overseeing client programming and ensuring clinical quality for a caseload of approximately 7 clients. They also serve as a leader and model for rbts and other bas, upholding the organization's core values.

Candidates must have bcba or bcba-D certification and relevant licensure. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-Solving skills are essential, along with clinical experience in early intervention and behavior reduction.
