Development Specialist - Early Childhood

The developmental specialist will partner closely with educators, leadership, and families to enhance inclusive practices, support early identification, and build capacity through observation, consultation, coaching, and reflection. This role focuses on providing consultative and systems-Level support rather than direct therapeutic services within an inclusive, reggio-Inspired early childhood program.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher in fields like special education, social work, child development, or psychology, along with a minimum of three years of experience working with children aged 0–5 in a developmental support or early intervention role. Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development, social-Emotional development, and inclusive practices is required.
