Requirements

To be successful as an Infant and Toddler Teacher, you should have: Strong emotional responsiveness toward children and co-workers A flexible mindset A desire and openness to follow a Reggio Emilia inspired approach Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team A customer-centric and collaborative attitude with a high level of empathy The ability to sequence objectives among competing priorities The ability to multi-task A creative and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
