Youth Leader - North

The youth leader supports the site director by engaging with youth in a nurturing childcare setting, delivering engaging curriculum for before/After school programs and day camps, and promoting relationship building with youth, parents, and the community. Essential functions include supervising children, providing opportunities for youth leadership, maintaining program sites, attending required training, and adhering to all safety and documentation policies.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and must register in the merit system, apply for background clearance/Fingerprints, and complete required trainings upon job offer, including 10 stars hours annually. Preferred experience includes working with children, and applicants must demonstrate the ability to develop positive relationships and commit to inclusion and ada compliance, along with providing mmr vaccination proof.
