Core responsibilities
The lead summer camp teacher is responsible for creating, implementing, and directing age-Appropriate lessons and activities, including coordinating community field trips. This role involves identifying and implementing individual goals and objectives consistent with the program and individual needs while working with staff and volunteers.
Requirements summary
Candidates should possess an associate's or bachelor's degree, or a high school diploma with three years of experience, preferably working with individuals with disabilities or in recreation programs. Required qualifications include a valid pa driver's license, acceptable criminal, child abuse, and fbi clearances, and passing a physical examination and tb test.
