The lead early childhood teacher will be responsible for providing a high-Quality early learning environment for diverse children, fostering strong, secure attachments by pairing children with the same teacher for extended periods. This role involves maintaining low child-To-Teacher ratios to allow for meaningful relationships and individualized care.

Candidates must have completed an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a closely related field and be committed to high standards in the field. A wisconsin registry certificate is required, though assistance will be provided to qualified candidates in obtaining it during the hiring process.
