Core responsibilities
Responsibilities include communicating critical information about assigned youth, assisting in developing daily and weekly goals, and providing behavioral coaching individually and in groups to address maladaptive behaviors. Staff must ensure effective crisis prevention and intervention, integrate treatment plans, and facilitate youth development in social skills, responsibility, and self-Esteem.
Requirements summary
Candidates must meet specific educational and experience criteria for mental health worker i, ii, or iii levels, with mhw i requiring a bachelor's degree or equivalent training/Experience plus 1 year of relevant experience and specific billing requirements. Higher levels require meeting all lower-Level duties plus additional responsibilities like on-The-Job training or agency-Wide training delivery.
