Family Teachers

Family teachers live on-Site to provide direct care for 6-8 at-Risk youth by creating a safe, loving, family-Style environment, offering emotional support, and utilizing rational problem-Solving techniques. They are also responsible for planning activities, teaching life skills, maintaining records, and supervising household operations.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid driver's license with a good record. A valid marriage certificate is required, and candidates must pass a thorough background check and attend a 2-Week paid training in omaha, nebraska.
