The Office Aide will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, and will perform general administrative duties. Responsibilities include receiving phone messages, photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, and ordering supplies.
The ideal candidate should have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and/or be attending college. Excellent writing, communication, and leadership skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
