Lead Teacher Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Valid New York State Teaching Certification in Early Childhood Education (Birth-2, 1-6, or All Grades) Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in an urban school setting What you'll do: Design and implement dynamic, standards-aligned lesson plans that inspire curiosity and foster mastery of grade-level content.
