- Range: $19.00 - $22.00 HourlyThe Ongoing Home Visitor is responsible for providing expectant parents and parents of newborns in-home education and intervention services that strengthen the parent-child bond and assist in the child meeting their developmental milestones. Home visitors collaborate with families to establish child development goals and utilize the Growing Great Kids curriculum to promote parent engagement and overall program goals. Home visitors ensure all assigned families receive information about children growing and developing in healthy ways and connect families to resources available in the community for parents. The home visitor’s work schedule varies based on the needs of the families and the case load of the program but is required to be flexible to include some evenings or weekend hours. Home visitors are responsible for maintaining personal & independent transportation and a valid driver’s license.Qualifications

- Professional requirements: 1. High School graduate/GED and have experience in a social or other health related field such as but not limited to working with children, teens and adults in a daycare, medical office or facility, school, etc. that provides a medical or a community support service; OR 2. a licensed practical nurse (LPN)
- Professional requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in nursing OR a social or behavioral science or related field with one (1) year experience performing case management services.
