HANDS Ongoing Home Visitor

The ongoing home visitor provides in-Home education and intervention services to expectant parents and parents of newborns. They collaborate with families to establish child development goals and ensure families receive information about healthy child development.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged with experience in a social or health-Related field, or be a licensed practical nurse. A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field with one year of case management experience is also acceptable.
